10+ years in the NYC Hospitality industry has made our Founder, Britney Anderson, a self-proclaimed “Guest Relations Nerd”. Britney has headed the Guest Relations departments of some of the industry’s best hospitality groups and world renowned restaurants. She’s managed restaurant openings in key markets as well as created and administered hospitality training for corporate clients. Whether she is optimizing reservations books, training all levels of staff, creating and developing successful GR programs, or implementing new tech, Britney has a reputation of leading with a hospitality-forward focus and attention to detail.
